Return Policy
If you have any problem or want to return the package, please do as follow:
Step 1:
Please email us within 48 hours if you receive the package with the reasons for the return or exchange.

Step 2:
We will process your return or exchange request within 7 working days (a few days longer during holidays).
Once the return or exchange request is authorized, we will send you a return authorization number.
Step 3:
Please return the package to the address we gave you, including the Return and Exchange Form with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will also be responsible for return shipping.
*We do not accept return packages without a Return Authorization Number.
*We do not accept return packages with freight collect.
After sending the returned package, please email the tracking number to us, our Email: support@yinzam.com.
We strongly recommend that you ship your return package in a traceable shipping method to guarantee that we can receive your package, we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Please ship the returned package within 3 days of being authorized by us. Otherwise your package will be rejected which will affect your refund. Thank you for your understanding!
Step 4:
After receiving the returned package, we will arrange a refund within 7 business days if you simply request a return.
Please note that our after-sales department in China will process your refund request within 7 working days once received the returned package, and return the refund to the payment account.
Refund Instructions
Refunds will be returned to where you paid. That is, if you paid by PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal. Usually, the money will arrive on your PayPal within 3-7 working time, credit card is 1-3 days once arranging the refund, or you can call your PayPal or credit card company to get the exact time for the refund.
